For the 2024 camp season, we will not house any campers on campus. At this time, we are currently working with a few hotels for preferred rates for the College Prospect Camps. This information will be sent via e-mail upon registration.
In the event of a weather emergency, all campers and staff will cease activity and proceed to a secure location. A notification to the emergency contact e-mail and cell phone listed during the registration process will be sent. Continuing notifications will be administrated until the threat has been lifted.
If an emergency for a particular camper occurs, the emergency contact listed during registration will be notified as soon as possible. A specific staff member will then become the direct contact for the emergency contact until the situation has concluded.
For all camps, there will be an athletic trainer on-site.
At this time, campers and staff are not required to wear a mask or provide a negative test. We ask that if a camper tests positive within 7 days of the camp, please e-mail premiervolleyballcamp@gmail.com to discuss the situation. Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the facility. Campers will have the option to spread out within the facility if they choose.
Refunds may be issued before July 1st for camps occurring in July. For the June camps, they may be issued before June 20th.
No refunds will be issued after July 1st for camps occurring in July. For the June camps, they will not be issued after June 20th.
In the event a camp is canceled due to ECU, State, or Federal regulations relating to COVID-19, full refunds of ONLY the camp fee will be distributed to participants.
For any refund, Premier Volleyball Camp, LLC will not refund money paid to Ryzer for the convenience fee during the online registration process.
For the 2024 camp season, lunch and dinner will NOT be provided. Campers are encouraged to bring their own food. There will be enough time during session breaks if a parent or camper would like to retrieve food from a local restaurant. A staff member will remain present inside of Minges Coliseum during all session breaks.
Check-in will be held in the lobby of Minges Coliseum. Please enter through the double doors on the north side of the Arena. See photo below. Parking will be in lot AC-2. Please click here for a link to the parking map.
Walk-in registrations are allowed. If choosing this route, you may notify us of your arrival by sending an email to premiervolleyballcamp@gmail.com... Please be sure to bring the completed walk-in registration form as well as Camper Medical and Liability Forms with you or the participant will not be allowed to participate.
